Achieving Your Goals

I recently heard someone give a speech on the difference between goals and dreams. A dream, she said, is something you think about and hope for, while a goal is something you work actively to achieve. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, gain knowledge or organize your space, you have to work at attaining it. Saying that you will “get organized” this year is not a goal; however, saying that this month you will purge from your closets all the clothes that don’t fit is a goal. The difference?
