Are you having trouble meeting a goal? People often are unsuccessful because they don’t have to be accountable to anyone but themselves. A free website, www.stickk.com, allows you to create a contract and track your progress online. You can invite friends to be “supporters” and they can post comments in your Commitment Journal.
Some posters put money on the line, too. If you reach your goal, you get to keep the money or donate it to charity; otherwise, it goes to the person you designate or to an “anti-charity” (an organization that you strongly oppose or which promotes values that are most contrary to your own).
Whether you are working on getting organized, losing weight, quitting smoking or committing to an exercise program, you can always use a little support in meeting your goals.
